To me, Namaste says it all. As humans we are wired for meaningful connections.
The greatest joy I take from classes, events & retreats is that moment when we all come together and share the word ‘Namaste’.
Because at that moment ‘Namaste’ is so much more than a word; it’s a palpable energy of love and peace that’s embraced everybody.
It affirms that we’re all in this together; that when we shine our light, we all rise up; that creating community is potent.
